My wife and I had the honor of staying at The University Aloft Hotel. Aloft hotel is located at 1900 E Speedway Blvd, which is a minutes walk to the University of Arizona and a short drive to Tucson Famous 4th Ave Art District. This Hotel has a very modern, contemporary look, which is unlike any other hotel. We relaxed in the Splash area during the day and played pool while enjoying libations at the Re:mix lounge at night. We recommend walking to the Tucson Sunlink, and taking it to the Tucson Downtown area for a night of dinning, dancing and, ect. By the way the Hotel is very dog friendly.

My wife and I religiously take a weekend off to unwind and get away from life's stress. Destination J.W. Marriott Starr Pass, located on 50 acres adjacent to the Tucson Mountain Park. First we hit the Valet parking, then check in, and make our way to our Deluxe Room with our own personal balcony with breathtaking desert views. Next we put on our swim suits on and go to the Marriott Pool, which features spas, a water slide, and The Lazy River for relaxing on a tube with a tasty beverage. After we finish getting our bronze on, we put on our formal duds, and go to the Signature Grill to enjoy terrace dining over looking Tucson. First thing in the morning, I enjoy the 36 hole Championship Arnold Palmer Golf Course, (where you always see desert wild life), while my wife decides on a manicure, massage, or a body wrap at the Marriotts Spa. Rosenblums' Eclectic Photography, which is Tucson's Premier Wedding and Family portrait photographers, famous for 2 for 1 photography, personally rates Marriott Starr Pass 5 Stars. Not only being as a guest is fantastic, but it is also a pleasure to work weddings at this great venue! Visit there Wed Site and book your stay or wedding today!

Saint Augustine Cathedral, in the heart of Downtown Tucson, is the Roman Catholic Mother Church in the Old Pueblo. In 1860s Father Joseph Machebeuf conducted a survey of the Tucson area, and decided that this area with a population of 600, needs a Church. Originally built in 1868, rebuilt in 1897, then transformed to a brick structure in 1928, and finally completed in a Mexican baroque form, in 1928. This Cathedral has Pope Pius XI Coat of Arms, a large 13th century Crucifix, a pipe organ, and beautiful stain glass windows. St. Augustine Cathedral will host your Spiritual and Sacramental Wedding with a 1250 seating capacity and a lot of banquet space with an outdoor placita. Go to there Web Site for wedding guidelines.

"St Augustine Cathedral is a beautiful, old landmark Catholic Church in downtown Tucson. The main cathedral has three Alters, gorgeous stained glass windows and wood bench seating. The entire vestibule of the church is painted with a life-size mural of different figures prominent in the Catholic Church."
"Go see this incredible Cathedral. They have some of the most beautiful stain glass windows I have ever seen. Be sure on the inside to stop in the middle and look up. A surprise. Go check it out and while there say a prayer for a loved one. Very beautiful inside. A must see!"
